Orders are shipped as quickly as possible after receiving payment, Mondays through Fridays. Family-friendly, woman owned and operated business.

Actual shipping rates are charged and will be updated by your zip code. Refunds of shipping overpayments will be made back to the method you used to make your payment.

Due to the current, ongoing pandemic, there are no refunds, exchanges or returns, unless we ship the incorrect item to you. In that case, and only that case, please email us first before shipping anything back to us. We will give you a Return Authorization Number which is required to be put inside the box you are returning, as well as written on the outside of the box.

No back orders. If the product is no longer in stock, we will refund your money for that item plus the shipping you paid. If your order contains more products, we will adjust the shipping.
